Barcelona se convierte en la capital europea de la imagen documental y del fotoperiodismo de la mano de DOCfield>15, el festival que en su última edición alcanzó la cifra de 134.000 visitantes y que convierte a la ciudad mediterránea en un referente de la mejor fotografía documental actual.

DOCfield> 15 está organizado por Photographic Social Vision, una entidad sin ánimo de lucro que gestiona desde el año 2001 la creación, producción y difusión de reportajes documentales y fotoperiodísticos de alta calidad. Quieren informar y sensibilizar a la sociedad sobre las temáticas poco conocidas, así como fomentar el interés público por la fotografía documental.

En el afán de acercar la mejor fotografía documental DOCfield> 15 ofrece las actividades dirigidas a los públicos de todas las edades, a través de visitas guiadas, talleres fotográficos y propuestas educativas en formatos flexibles y adaptados a diferentes colectivos.
