El Lokal 21, el grupo de amigos del manlleuense David Font García, ha organizado en su memoria un concurso de fotografía dirigido a menores de 25 años sobre temática de naturaleza y deporte. Este concurso, que tendrá una periodicidad anual, quiere dar una mano a jóvenes fotógrafos a desarrollar su creatividad. Desde la organización explican: "Entendemos esto más como una beca que como un concurso puramente económico, no se trata de dar dinero a alguien que hace fotos bonitas, sino de ayudar a seguir adelante a jóvenes fotógrafos para que encuentren su voz." El plazo de presentación de imágenes está abierto y las admisiones durarán hasta el 21 de mayo y la entrega de premios está prevista para el día 4 de junio en el Museo del Ter de Manlleu.
