Tools to visualize, measure, and improve the patient experience from diagnosis through disease follow-up.

Early prevention of chronic kidney disease

Solutions to help primary care identify signals and symptoms in patients with cardiovascular, metabolic, or renal conditions.

Proactive management in Primary Care

Develop tools that provide a comprehensive view of the patient and enable more personalized, efficient, and proactive care.

There are 3 prizes at stake: a first prize of €3,000, a second prize of €2,500, and a third prize of €2,000. The registration period will be open from October 7 to November 20, and the hackathon will take place from November 28 to 30.
