Proactive management in Primary Care
Develop tools that provide a comprehensive view of the patient and enable more personalized, efficient, and proactive care.
There are 3 prizes at stake: a first prize of €3,000, a second prize of €2,500, and a third prize of €2,000. The registration period will be open from October 7 to November 20, and the hackathon will take place from November 28 to 30.
