Date: 25-02-2026
Timetable: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Location: Online

On Wednesday, February 25, at 5:30 p.m., we invite you to the new Creative CITM: "Art as Window and Mirror", featuring Jennifer Svedberg-Yen, lead writer of the acclaimed video game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. The session will be held online.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, the debut title of French studio Sandfall Interactive, has become a true international phenomenon and the most awarded video game in the history of The Game Awards, with nine awards out of thirteen nominations at the 2025 edition. These awards, considered the Oscars of the video game world, recognize the creative and technical excellence of the industry’s top productions.

In this talk, Jennifer Svedberg-Yen will share key insights into the writing of this unique project and review her professional journey within the video game industry, reflecting on the creative process and writing as a tool for artistic expression.

The conference will be held in English.

The speaker

Jennifer Svedberg-Yen, lead writer and voice & localization producer at Sandfall Interactive.

An award-winning writer and creative producer, she specializes in stories with great emotional and philosophical depth. She also collaborates as an independent creative consultant with various video game and entertainment studios and has been widely recognized for her expert knowledge and thoughtful, collaborative approach.

A lover of puzzles and snacks —interests she shares with her dog Trunks—, she often composes stories while asleep. You will usually find her immersed in a book or a TV series and/or possibly hunting for “platinum trophies” in her favorite video games.

This conference is open and free of charge. To receive the viewing link, registration is required via the “I WILL ATTEND” form. Limited places available.
