Connecting talent with the video game industry

The Department of Culture is promoting Talent Dev Day as part of GameBCN's DemoDay 2026 and SAGA Barcelona Game Fest. This initiative aims to connect companies in the video game industry looking for new professionals with students and industry professionals seeking new career opportunities and professional challenges.

The 4th edition of Talent Dev Day features two main activities. First, the online talk: "Grow Your Career in the Video Game Industry", which will take place on October 1. Second, the Job Fair, a career fair that will be held on October 8 at Palo Alto Barcelona, providing an opportunity for companies and professionals to connect directly. The fair will be preceded by a panel discussion on industry needs, where the profiles sought by the companies participating in the fair will be presented.

Talent Dev Day will give you the opportunity to discover new opportunities, expand your professional network and connect with companies in the industry.

The project is developed in collaboration with GameBCN, Palo Alto Barcelona and SAGA Barcelona Game Fest.

Registration for candidates will open on September 28, 2026.
