CITM ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE GRANTS

The CITM Academic Excellence Grants cover 100% of the registration fee for the first year of bachelor's degree courses at the CITM for the 2026/2027 academic year, and are aimed at students who have completed the second year of upper secondary school education or undergraduate training cycle with an excellent academic record (9-10).

This call includes three grants which cover the full registration fee for 60 ECTS for the first year (€ 6,900) for any of the three official bachelor's degree courses taught by the Image Processing and Multimedia Technology Center: the bachelor's degree in Design, Animation and Digital Art; the bachelor's degree in Multimedia, and the bachelor's degree in Video Game Design and Development.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE GRANT?

All new students registering in the 2026/2027 academic year who meet the following requirements are eligible for these grants:

  • Applicants who were second year students in upper secondary school education or undergraduate training cycle during the 2025/2026 academic year.
  • Applicants with an excellent upper secondary school education or undergraduate training cycle academic record (9-10).
  • Applicants who selected one of the official bachelor's degrees taught at the CITM as the first choice in university pre-registration in the June 2026 call.
  • Applicants who are under 25 years old.

WHEN CAN IT BE APPLIED FOR?

The application period for the CITM Academic Excellence Grants begins on 2 June 2026 and ends on 26 June 2026 (both dates inclusive).

AWARD OF THE GRANTS

The number of grants is limited. The award of the grant will be subject to an assessment by a Selection Committee, which will decide on the recipients of the grants.
